  Google now admits that it give access to your gmail inbox to the third party firms and they can even share this data with other third parties.

Google has revealed that hundreds of applications can access your data and share it after giving them permission to them at the time of installing them. People don't really pay attention to the permissions asked by apps at the time of installing.

E-mail scanning practice by google has been shut down by itself after some controversy over it despite all of this, google is giving access to the third parties.






Susan Molinari, Google's head of US public policy, wrote in the letter, which was in theWall Street Journal said "Developers may share data with third parties so long as they are transparent with the users about how they are using the data".

People should review to the permissions asked by any non-google app before granting any permission.
